This notice explains, in plain English, what information Code? Nah. collects and why. We have kept it to what the product actually does.

What we collect

• The idea you describe when you ask for a Build Plan.
• Your questionnaire answers, and any clarifications you add afterwards.
• Information related to the Build Plan generated for you.
• An email address, only if you choose to give us one. It is optional and you can use the service without it.
• Feedback you give us about your Build Plan.
• Simple interaction signals, such as copying a starter prompt or opening a recommended tool, so we can tell whether the recommendations are useful.
• Ordinary technical and usage information generated when a website is served, such as request and log data.

Why we use it

• To generate your Build Plan and improve how Build Plans are generated.
• To understand whether our recommendations are actually helpful.
• To operate, maintain and secure the service.
• To respond to you if you contact us.
• To send updates only where you have voluntarily asked for them.

We do not sell your personal information

Code? Nah. does not sell personal information.

Service providers

We rely on third-party services to host the website and store submissions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us.

Tools we recommend

A Build Plan links to external tools operated by other companies. Once you leave Code? Nah. and use one of those tools, that company’s own privacy practices apply. We do not control them, and we suggest reading their notices before signing up.

Your privacy choices

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where applicable. Email hello@codenah.com.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including operating and improving the service and meeting applicable legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Where information may be processed

Some of the service providers we use may store or process information outside your province or outside Canada. When that happens, the information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
